Monthly ticket is valid for 31 days from the date of purchase, includes one entry per day and is non-transferable. The name of the holder is written on the ticket, identification with a valid photo ID is required at the reception. Abuse is punishable by forfeiture. On weekends and holidays, upon presentation of a monthly ticket, we consider a 20% discount on the regular price of a 3-hour or full-day ticket.

A package of 10 tickets is valid for 9 months. The tickets in the package are all-day and valid every day of the week. It is possible to use all visits at once.

The thermal pool is open from 1 September to 31 October 2026, every day of the week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The use of swimwear is mandatory. Entry is permitted to persons over 18 years of age.

If the 3-hour Spa escape – Thermal Pool ticket is exceeded, an additional charge of €3.00 per each additional hour will apply.

It is valid from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The pass is issued in the holder’s name; therefore, identification with a valid photo ID is mandatory at reception upon each visit. Any misuse of the pass, including use by another person, will result in the pass being confiscated. A person who misuses the pass will be prohibited from purchasing a new monthly pass for a period of 6 months. On weekends and public holidays, holders of a valid monthly pass are entitled to a 20% discount on the regular price of a 3-hour ticket upon presentation of the pass.

The package of 10 Spa Escape – Thermal Pool tickets is valid until 31 October 2026. It is valid every day of the week. Up to two entries per day may be used. The package includes 3-hour admission per entry.

It operates every day, regardless of the season.

On Wednesdays, the VIP Lounge is reserved for women, so no additional payment or reservation is possible. In case of a holiday, the restriction does not apply.
